I built this site because I was tired of calculator websites that were cluttered with ads, asked for my email, or gave me wrong answers. I wanted something simple, accurate, and actually helpful.
Why I Built This
I'm a developer who got frustrated trying to find a decent mortgage calculator that showed me the real monthly payment (including taxes and insurance). Most calculators only show principal and interest, which is useless when you're actually budgeting.
So I built my own. Then I built a debt payoff calculator. Then a BMI calculator. And here we are.
How It Works
All calculations happen in your browser. I don't store your numbers. I don't track what you calculate. I don't sell your data. The site is supported by some non-intrusive ads so I can keep it free and keep building new tools.
Every formula is based on industry-standard equations—the same ones banks, doctors, and accountants use. I cross-check everything against multiple sources to make sure the math is right.
